Techniques
I use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques
to communicate with you on an unconscious level, so that
you make changes in the way that you feel about an issue.
These changes will help you to feel much more positive
and in control.
I build on this using Time Line; an incredibly effective technique for making
fundamental changes very
quickly. It will allow you to let
go of negative emotions of anger, sadness, fear and guilt on past memories. These
negative emotions can often hold you back from achieving
the things you want, because subconsciously you are afraid
of feeling the same negative emotions again in the future.
You can often aim to protect yourself by not doing things.
How
you’ll feel
Once you
let go of the negative emotions on memories you’ve
had for years, you’ll feel incredible as
you’ll be free from limitations you’ve
carried for years!

develop new behaviours and reach your potential. Imagine

Why it
works so well
Time Line allows you to take a key learning from the memory
at the root cause of the problem which causes the emotion
/ limiting belief to disappear at a conscious and subconscious
level. This will really transform you as your new beliefs
grow from within, based on your own positive learning.
This is far more powerful than basing self-confidence
/ behavioural change on external encouragement.
